Positive work environment, teamwork, and training We are a small family-owned company located in the district of Surquillo, seeking an Accounting Assistant—Technical Professional in Accounting, Finance, Computing, or related fields. **Schedule** **\- 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM (Monday to Saturday)** **\- S/.1,200.00 for the first two months** **Requirements** \- **Typing speed and accuracy (MANDATORY)** \- **Proficiency in Electronic Invoicing System** \- **Intermediate Excel skills.** \- **Knowledge and experience in preparing Invoices, Waybills, Credit Notes (Sunat regulations).** **\- Minimum 1 year of experience in invoicing or similar functions.** **\- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues.** **Responsibilities** * Recording purchases, sales, and accounting entries. * Controlling and archiving supporting documents (invoices, receipts, waybills, etc.) * Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable * Assisting in preparation of accounting and financial reports * Coordinating with external accountant * General administrative support (document organization) * Managing petty cash and operational expenses * Assisting with payroll processing and payments * Monitoring materials, tools, and equipment * Recording material inflows and outflows (warehouse) * Coordinating with technical department regarding material requirements **Benefits** \- Performance-based benefits. \- Positive work environment and teamwork. \- Training on the company’s internal system. \- Job stability.
