An industrial company is seeking an **Accounting Assistant** who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant, preferably in the fishing sector. * Knowledge of accounting and expense accounts. * Familiarity with tax regulations related to payment vouchers and invoicing. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Intermediate-level proficiency in SAP. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, validate, and record supplier payment vouchers in the accounting system, verifying compliance with tax and internal requirements. * Receive and review accounting documentation from various departments, assigning appropriate accounting accounts and cost centers. * Verify proper recording of documents in the Purchase Register, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax criteria. * Deliver recorded documentation to Treasury or respective users to proceed with payment, reimbursement, or settlement processes.
