**Job Description** We are leaders in seed marketing and seedling development across our four nurseries (Arequipa, Chincha, Trujillo, and Cayaltí). We are committed to strongly supporting the economic and social development of farmers, agro-export companies, and fruit and vegetable suppliers nationwide, benefiting all stakeholders across the global production chain. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed university or technical studies in Accounting. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * One year of experience in the field. * Knowledge of accounting principles and related courses. **COMPETENCIES** * Results-oriented. * Assertive communication. * Problem-solving. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Record transactions in the system. * Monitor and process tax withholdings, self-withholdings, and retention payments. * Analyze and review the monthly payroll report issued by the System versus HR. * Review the platform for confirming received payment vouchers. * Verify taxpayer status reports from SUNAT (e.g., RUC cancellation, active/inactive status, RUS registration) for purchase recording. * Analyze expense reports, petty cash, travel allowances, etc. * Perform monthly bank reconciliations. * Review sales records (sales invoices and shipping guides). * Prepare and validate purchase records for monthly tax filings. * Carry out accounting provisions (e.g., promissory note exchanges, depreciation, reclassifications). * Record and validate payments for professional service receipts, retention vouchers, purchase settlements for tax declarations, and import documentation. * Provide accounting support to other departments. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area at all times. * Maintain confidentiality of all information accessed through this position. * Promote effective communication with peer supervisors. * Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations. * Other duties related to the position. **POSITION INFORMATION** * On-site working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. * Location: Ate, near Vulcano Outlet—please consider commuting distance. **BENEFITS** * Formal payroll registration from day one and mandatory life insurance. * Pleasant work environment. * Career development path. * Ongoing training opportunities.
