




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to support financial management, account control, and accounting report preparation, ensuring tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in tax settlement and administrative management. **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the field. * Intermediate to advanced Office skills. * ERP system knowledge. * Knowledge of IFRS/Taxation (Desirable) **Responsibilities:** * Schedule payments to suppliers. * Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements. * General analysis of accounts and accounting records to ensure timely submission of sales and purchase records. * Generate preliminary information for monthly and annual tax settlements and declarations required by the tax authority. * Maintain control of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Review bank statements and perform bank reconciliations. * Process and record journal entries for all transactions. * Archive and organize accounting documents. * Knowledge of billing processes. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Identify and record withholding tax payments. * Provide administrative support, including document filing and payroll management. * Petty cash control. **Work Location:** * Pueblo Libre, Lima (On-site) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Immediate Availability** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
