Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to record and control accounting transactions, perform reconciliations, and support human resources processes and tax compliance obligations. Pleasant working environment **Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant – Grupo Macazana** * Record and control the company’s accounting transactions in accordance with applicable accounting and tax regulations. * Maintain **purchases and sales records** in the **CONCAR** system. * Analyze and reconcile **general ledger accounts**, accounts receivable and payable, advances, and bank reconciliations. * Monitor the accounting treatment of **withholdings, collections, and deductions**. * Conduct **cash counts** and control income and expenses. * Prepare accounting accruals for **CTS, bonuses, and vacations**. * Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, time sheets, leave schedules, and vacation management. * Assist in drafting **employment contracts, staff settlements, and personnel files**, in coordination with Human Resources. * Follow up on **credit customer collections**. * Participate in **physical inventories**, stock ledger control, and inventory verification. * Supervise the **legalization and printing of accounting books**, both main and auxiliary. * File and pay tax declarations: **AFP NET, PLAME (PDT 601), SIRE, PDT 621, Income Tax by Category, DAOT, ITAN, royalties**, among others. * Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by management. **Requirements** · Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree. · Willingness to work in Cieneguilla. · Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. · Intermediate–Advanced Excel skills. · Experience using accounting software. · Basic knowledge of tax legislation. **What We Offer?** · Competitive salary on payroll, including all statutory benefits. · Career path · Pleasant working environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Application question(s): * ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO WORK IN CIENEGUILLA?
