We are a growing SME undergoing expansion; therefore, we are seeking an accounting professional to fill the Junior Accountant position. The ideal candidate must be passionate about coffee, eager to grow, and willing to be part of an expanding company. Additionally: * Graduate in Accounting. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of legal and tax regulations. * Proficiency in Starsoft accounting software. * Experience in account analysis. * Experience: More than 1 year in this position/industry. * Immediate availability to work in San Isidro. Responsibilities: * Recording and analyzing monthly sales and purchases. * Monthly tax settlements (IGV, Income Tax). * Monthly payroll calculations. * Monthly tax filings (PDx|T621, PLE, PLAME). * Invoicing via SEE-SOL. * Reviewing the Electronic Inbox and following up on notifications received for assigned accounts. * Analyzing assigned accounting accounts, performing accounting control and certification. * Inputting inventory and/or product stock into the sales system. * Preparing and analyzing the Balance Sheet. * Supporting responses to audit requirements, internal and external audits, as well as rectifying assigned findings. * Provisioning journal entries for payroll, subsidies, variance controls, and periodic reports. * Preparing monthly reports requested by Management. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
