




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician or Professional in Accounting, Administration, or Finance with experience in accounting and administrative support to record transactions, perform invoicing, conduct reconciliations, and prepare taxes. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in accounting support and administrative tasks. 2. Knowledge of accounting entries, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. 3. Responsible for tax calculation and preparation of financial reports. EDUCATION: Accounting Technician, graduate, Bachelor of Accounting EXPERIENCE More than 1 year of verifiable experience supporting the accounting department and performing administrative tasks. Knowledge of ERP Sipan RESPONSIBILITIES Academic Qualifications \- Technician or Professional in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. Responsibilities \- Record all sales, purchases, income, and expense transactions in the accounting system. \- Perform monthly invoicing. \- Maintain control over invoices complying with tax requirements. \- Keep the expense reimbursement (per diem) tracking up to date. \- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations. \- Calculate and prepare monthly pre-tax settlements (IGV, INCOME TAX, and DETRACTIONS). \- Prepare and update the supplier payment schedule, prioritizing by due date and cash availability. \- Prepare monthly income and expense reports, and cash flow statements. \- Timely reporting on tax obligations and their deadlines. \- Other duties as required for the position.
