




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in general accounting, taxation, recordkeeping, and account analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in recording purchases, sales, and bank reconciliations 2. Knowledge of CONCAR, Excel, taxes, and tax filings 3. Preparation of IGV settlement, Income Tax return, and PLAME We are looking for an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT with 1 or 2 years of experience in the field who meets the following profile: **Profile:** * Technician or Bachelor graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience providing accounting services independently or for third parties. * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel. * Knowledge of accounting account analysis, taxation, and tax filings. * Knowledge of CONCAR. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities:** * Recording of purchases and sales. * Recording of bank transactions and performing bank reconciliations. * Monthly preparation of IGV and Income Tax settlements. * Maintaining up-to-date fixed asset records. * Timely submission of withholding deposits. * Coordinating electronic invoicing with the Customer Service and Billing departments. * Daily monitoring of cash and bank movements. * Monthly preparation of cash flow reports. * Periodic performance of bank reconciliations and cash counts. * Secure and organized custody of accounting documentation. * Provisioning of import documentation and purchase recording. * Determination and filing of PDT (Tax Declaration Forms). * Preparation and submission of monthly payroll and PLAME. * Preparation and submission of electronic accounting books. * Account analysis. * Archiving of accounting supporting documents. * Calculation and provisioning of depreciation. * Document receipt. * Calculation and submission of AFP contributions. * Treasury management and supplier payment scheduling. * Responsibility for fixed assets, including calculations, additions, and disposals. * Registration, modifications, and removals in T-Registry. * Printing and secure custody of accounting books and share registry. * Preparation of financial statements. * Procedures before SUNAT, SUNARP, and other entities as required by the company. * Recording of journal entries related to purchasing, sales, cash, and general ledger risks. * Analysis of accounting accounts. * Monitoring and reporting of monthly expenses. * Management and reporting of bank accounts. * Reporting inconsistencies detected in the system or accounting records to the accountant. * Support in the preparation of the accounting balance sheet. * Other duties related to the position and/or as required by the department. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
