Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procurement, coordinate nationwide supply, and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring efficiency and quality in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of procurement and nationwide supply 2. Negotiation and evaluation of strategic suppliers 3. Stock control and optimization of logistics costs **Profile**: \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain functions—ideally within the healthcare sector or service-oriented companies. \- Mandatory experience in the healthcare sector. \- Strong analytical ability, results orientation, negotiation skills, organizational capability, and teamwork. **Responsibilities**: * Manage procurement of materials, supplies, and requirements across various sites. * Coordinate timely nationwide supply. * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers. * Request quotations and compare proposals. * Monitor purchase orders and deliveries. * Maintain control over critical stock levels and replenishments. * Coordinate and execute internal transfers and logistical support among sites. * Ensure cost efficiency, delivery timelines, and quality standards. * Maintain databases and generate departmental reports. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or completed studies in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. * Minimum 1 year’s experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Negotiation ability, orderliness, and sense of urgency. * High proactivity and problem-solving orientation. * Multisite experience or experience with distributed operations is desirable. * **Valid driver’s license is desirable.** Work Modality: \- On-site work in Surco, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to work full-time on-site in Surco?
