Formal employment registration **Logistics Assistant** Are you passionate about logistics and meticulous about data accuracy? **What will be your impact?** You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of logistics processes, guaranteeing precision in issuing **purchase orders**, **shipping guides**, and inventory control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and manage **purchase orders** * Issue and track **shipping guides** * Support **inventory control** (physical and system-based) * Manage supplier quotations and comparative evaluation tables * Enter logistics data into systems (ERP / Excel) **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in **Industrial Engineering (preferred)** * Minimum **2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or warehouse operations** * Direct hands-on experience in: * Purchase orders * Shipping guides * Inventory management * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency (mandatory)** * ERP knowledge (desirable) **Key Competencies:** * High level of **organization and accuracy** * Responsibility and reliability * Coordination ability * Proactivity **What we offer:** * Formal employment registration * Job stability * Career growth opportunity * Positive work environment **Location:** Santa Anita \- Lima Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
