Validates and updates purchase order information **Job Description** A leading provider of industrial supplies for the mining, oil, and construction sectors is seeking a professional with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Graduate in International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Foreign Trade. * 1 year of experience in Import Operations * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) * Advanced Excel skills **Responsibilities:** * Receives information on placed purchase orders; verifies that all required information is complete per the department’s checklist; validates that supplier delivery dates match committed dates. * Ensures that information recorded in logs, grids, and delivery dates displayed on the Import Purchase Order (IPO) via the system is accurate and up-to-date. * Tracks international suppliers to ensure goods are dispatched on the agreed date. * Maintains updated log information for each purchase order, confirming that the corresponding follow-up has been performed. * Requests documentation from suppliers, including: shipment tracking number, photographs, invoices, packing lists, among others. * Validates that goods are complete, in good condition, and exactly match the items specified in the IPO, through physical inspection conducted by the freight agent (Miami route). * Enters information validated by the freight agent into the system and resolves discrepancies with the supplier. * Selects pre-approved warehouses to achieve the most cost-effective importation into Peru. * Tracks import shipments by coordinating with freight agents and customs authorities. * Coordinates with warehouse teams to confirm goods entry into the inventory ledger (kardex). **Competencies:** * Excellent attitude * Communication at all levels * Leadership ability **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits * Partial EPS health insurance subsidy (61%) * Pleasant work environment Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,200.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your level of English?
