Multifoods, a company dedicated to the production and export of food and beverages, is seeking top talent to fill the position of **PAYROLL ASSISTANT**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Accounting and/or Administration. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Payroll Assistant or Payroll Clerk. * Proven experience in calculating and analyzing weekly and monthly payroll, overtime calculations, Fifth Category Income Tax, Essalud procedures, Sickness and Maternity Subsidies, PDT (Tax Declaration Form), CTS (Compensatory Severance Payment) and bonus calculations, LBS (Labor Benefits Statement), and AFP NET. * Availability to work in Chorrillos. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and calculation of weekly payroll, overtime, and night shift bonuses. * Concessionaire invoicing and weekly lunch reports. * Issuing payroll-related purchase orders for expenses. * Performing monthly calculations for insurance, SCTR (Workers’ Compensation Insurance), and Life Insurance under statutory regulations. * Supporting accounting in reviewing expense records. * Weekly registration of new staff into the STARSOFT system. * Maintaining records of vacation days for operational staff. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Monthly salary of S/1800. * Attractive profit-sharing. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM / Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,600.00 per month Work location: On-site
