Job Summary: We are seeking a Transportation Assistant to manage fleet documentation, logistics, and maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages transportation documentation and logistics 2. Monitors fuel consumption and optimizes GPS telematics 3. Performs vehicle maintenance and safety controls We are TALMAQ SAC, a company specializing in heavy machinery transportation, currently seeking a Transportation Assistant. **1\. Responsibilities:** * Responsible for maintaining up-to-date transportation document control. * Weekly registration and control of crane and vehicle tickets. * Timely processing of SOAT documentation and circulation permits. * Records and monitors fuel consumption: km/gallon performance. Improving fuel efficiency for cranes and vehicles. * Optimizes GPS telematics tools to monitor routes, speeding, geofences, deviations, and key indicators. * Manages procurement of safety equipment and spare parts for transport units to ensure proper maintenance and functionality. * Registers files in the MTC’s virtual records desk to obtain required permits for cranes and vehicles. * Issues transportation guides * Quotes services to be offered * Coordinates loading and unloading * Manages dispatch of loaded units * Releases travel documents * Validates staff attendance * Inspects staff uniform compliance * Requests vehicle inspection checklists * Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance control * Develops talks and training sessions for area personnel * Audits PPEs, locks, and vehicle safety bars * Covers for drivers **2\. Requirements:** * Secondary education * Technical degree in Mechanics or Administration * One (1\) year of experience in similar roles * Valid driver's license (Mandatory requirement) * Residence in areas adjacent to Santa Anita and Ate (Mandatory). **3\.
