Participate in warranty management and reverse logistics. **Join Coreptec!** At Coreptec, we drive industrial solutions, representing prestigious brands and delivering high-quality products and services that generate value for our customers. **What are we looking for?** · Technician or university graduate in Logistics, International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum 1 year of experience as a Logistics Assistant, preferably in industrial, importing, or industrial equipment distribution companies. · Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency. · ERP knowledge (SAP, Odoo, or similar) is desirable. · Knowledge of local procurement, service contracting, and final distribution. . Residence in San Luis or neighboring districts (mandatory). **What will be your main responsibilities?** · Review and validate logistics documents: delivery notes, dispatch notes, invoices, local purchase orders, and other logistics documents. · Support scheduled physical inventory counts conducted by the company. · Support the Warehouse and Import Coordinator as needed. · Identify potential operational contingencies and propose solutions to ensure operational continuity. · Coordinate transportation and cranes for transferring equipment to customer mobility. · Negotiate with local suppliers. · Schedule appointments with customs brokers. · Manage dispatch and track final deliveries. · Manage raw materials and labels. · Manage warranties and reverse logistics. · Participate in standby shifts for emergency response, as required. · Other tasks assigned by the department.
