A leading Spanish pharmaceutical laboratory is seeking to hire a professional with the following qualifications: · University degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields · Experience with SAP MM module / R3 7 or S4HANA or other ERP systems · Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) · Basic English proficiency · Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade legislation · Preferably familiar with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP) and DIGEMID regulations Key Responsibilities: · Support and manage operational processes for Inventory Management – Stock Control · Ensure data accuracy in the system by continuously updating demand forecasts and identifying deviations to monitor optimal stock levels · Support periodic and monthly closing inventory activities · Monitor inventory days per SKU to detect variations affecting optimal stock levels · Review and record import/export documentation · Assist in collecting data to generate periodic reports · Create and track purchase orders · Manage and monitor reverse logistics processes · Coordinate the receipt of medical sample orders and oversee the entire process flow We offer: · Formal employment contract with full statutory benefits · Monthly salary: PEN 1,800 · Food allowance card · Comprehensive private health insurance (EPS), fully covered at 100% Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: PEN 1,500.00 – PEN 1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site
