**MH MINING S.A.C.**, a company engaged in mineral exploitation and processing, requires a **Logistics Assistant** for its production facility located in the district of Chala, Caravelí, Arequipa. **Position Profile:** * University graduate and/or technical professional in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, procurement, or warehouse operations. * Experience in mining plants. * Experience in plant maintenance **MANDATORY**. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Valid Class A1 driver's license **MANDATORY**. **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and manage requirements from production and administration departments, including issuance of purchase and service orders. * Conduct quotations and evaluate suppliers to ensure optimal quality-to-price ratio. * Monitor supplier delivery deadlines. * Knowledge of electronic shipping guide issuance. * Coordinate with Accounting and Cashier departments regarding procurement documentation and payments. * Support planning and execution of logistics activities. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Employment Conditions:** * Atypical work schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off. * Full coverage of food and accommodation. * Positive work environment.
