




Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant to support invoice issuance, document control, and transaction recording, ensuring smooth information flow. Key Highlights: 1. Focused on organization, attention to detail, and teamwork. **We require** a Billing Assistant responsible for supporting invoice issuance, document control, and transaction recording, ensuring accurate information flow to administrative and finance departments. **Responsibilities** * Monitor corporate electronic mailboxes. * Issue sales receipts. * Issue purchase invoices. * Generate balance tickets. * Issue purchase vouchers. * Record invoice and withholding payments. * Manage and control departmental documentation. * Submit reports to Treasury and the Billing Department. * Perform other tasks assigned by the department head or management. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **6 months to 1 year** of experience in billing or administrative roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of payment documents (receipts, invoices, withholdings). * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Familiarity with corporate electronic mailbox systems. * Ability to maintain order and control over documentation. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Capacity for learning and adaptation. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Orientation toward task and deadline compliance.
