We operate two stores in Lima and manage two business units (B2B and B2C). We are seeking individuals who love baking and enjoy brightening our customers’ days by joining our team as Delivery Drivers. Key Responsibilities: \- Deliver bakery products from the production workshop to our own retail outlets and B2B clients. \- Purchase supplies according to requirements. \- Deliver orders (delivery) to customers of our own stores. \- Manage preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. \- Verify the validity of vehicle documentation. \- Maintain weekly cleaning of the vehicle and transport crates. \- Prepare delivery guides, labels, and other required documents. \- Transport packaging materials between stores and the workshop as needed. Profile and Attitude: \- Empathetic individual with strong listening skills and effective communication. \- Service-oriented with genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction. \- Organized, responsible, and committed. \- Willingness to collaborate within a team environment. \- Proactive, with initiative to achieve goals and support team growth. Requirements: \- Valid driver’s license AI or AII-b. \- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a delivery driver, preferably within food-related companies. \- Completed secondary education or technical studies. \- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and basic mechanics. Conditions and Benefits: Location: Miraflores. \- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (45-minute break). 48 working hours per week. Compensation: \- PEN 1,700 (comprising PEN 1,500 gross + PEN 200 transportation or meal allowance). \- 50% of statutory bonus and CTS (SME payroll system). \- 15 days of paid vacation. \- Overtime pay.
