Those who work with us find purpose and do what they love most in an inclusive, collaborative, agile, and rewarding environment. **About This Position** ------------------------------------ We are looking for an office support consultant for the Country Representation who is proactive, organized, and possesses strong communication skills. The role requires extensive interaction with staff from the Country Office and other Bank offices and units, as well as with government officials, public and private entities, and other international organizations. You will work at the Representation Office in Peru, part of the Andean Countries Department. This team is responsible for leading actions and programs, supporting country-specific projects and programs, managing operations, and promoting the use of funds administered by the Bank. Additionally, it supports various divisions and areas to ensure smooth institutional functioning. **What You Will Do** ------------------------ * Support the Executive Assistant to the Representative in coordinating and tracking the IDB Group Representative’s schedule in Peru to ensure meetings with private companies, international organizations, and state sectors—as well as participation in missions, conferences, seminars, and official, social, and cultural events—are successfully carried out. * Organize and coordinate necessary information and documentation for internal meetings and meetings with other IDB Group units—especially with BID Invest. * Provide logistical support and coordinate with the relevant unit to ensure appropriate delivery of support services for the Representative’s activities. * Support the Representative’s Executive Assistant as liaison with Bank Management offices—especially with BID Invest—proactively ensuring requests are properly addressed and delivered on time. * Provide logistical and administrative support for senior management missions. This includes managing travel authorizations and expense reports, arranging necessary logistics for official trips, and preparing required documentation before and after travel. * In coordination with the Representative’s Executive Assistant, organize the Representative’s physical and electronic files for easy accessibility. **What You Need** ---------------------------- **Education**: Technical studies or degree in administration, executive secretarial work, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of this position. **Experience:** At least two years of specific experience in tasks related to this position. Experience in Assistant or Executive Assistant roles—preferably within multilateral organizations, large private companies, or government enterprises of similar scale—is highly valued. **Languages:** Proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. **Requirements** -------------- **Citizenship:** You are a citizen of one of our 48 member countries.
