Administration of personnel files and insurance policies At **CORYTEL**, a telecommunications company, we are looking for a **Human Resources Assistant** to join our team and provide support to the company's operational and administrative departments. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in assistant roles. * Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office). * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation. **Responsibilities:** * Perform monthly timekeeping for employees. * Prepare information management charts. * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. * Administer physical and digital personnel files. * Register insurance policies (e.g., Life Insurance Law, SCTR, EPS, etc.). * Manage Human Resources department control charts. * Monitor purchases and distribution of uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other items.
