Process optimization for timely material availability The company **VRD MINERÍA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN SAC.** is seeking a logistics assistant with experience in the mining sector, specializing in efficient supply management, inventory control, transportation coordination, and warehouse administration in mine operations. We seek a professional with expertise in logistics planning, supplier management, document control, and process optimization to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and supplies required for mining operations. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or procurement. * Experience in mining companies, mining contractors, or mining service providers (preferred). * Experience in procurement management, warehouse control, and logistics coordination. **Knowledge:** * Supply management and supply chain processes. * Inventory and warehouse control. * Handling of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoicing. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * ERP system usage (logistics systems). * Knowledge of logistics processes in mining operations (preferred). **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage purchase requests and track purchase orders. * Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services. * Conduct inventory control and tracking. * Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. * Verify logistics documentation (delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders). * Prepare logistics reports and stock control reports. * Coordinate with user departments regarding material requirements. * Support supplier evaluation and management. * Comply with internal procedures and safety regulations. **Position Conditions** * Work location: Surco, Lima * Employment type: On-site * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday (virtual), 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
