A key role in ensuring the accuracy of logistics processes **Logistics Assistant** Are you passionate about logistics and meticulous about details in information? **What will be your impact?** You will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of logistics processes, guaranteeing accuracy in issuing **purchase orders**, **shipping guides**, and inventory control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and manage **purchase orders** * Issue and control **shipping guides** * Support **inventory control** (physical and system-based) * Manage supplier quotations and comparative tables * Register logistics information into systems (ERP / Excel) **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in **Industrial Engineering (preferred)** * Minimum **2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or warehouse operations** * Direct experience in: * Purchase orders * Shipping guides * Inventory management * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency (mandatory)** * ERP knowledge (desirable) **Key Competencies:** * High level of **organization and accuracy** * Responsibility and reliability * Coordination ability * Proactivity **What we offer:** * Formal employment contract * Job stability * Opportunity for growth * Positive work environment **Location:** Santa Anita \- Lima Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
