Teamwork and process monitoring **Join our team!** Inversiones Merma S.A.C. is a company dedicated to the responsible management and handling of solid waste, providing services to various companies seeking to comply with environmental regulations and operate sustainably. **Job Objective** Provide support to the logistics department in planning, coordinating, and controlling transportation, storage, and distribution operations, ensuring the proper flow of materials, products, or services within the company. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations departments. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of inventory control, dispatch, and logistics documentation. * Organizational skills, teamwork ability, and process monitoring capability. * Familiarity with digital tools (ERP). **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in coordinating dispatches and receipt of materials or products. * Track purchase orders, requests, and deliveries. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records and warehouse movement logs. * Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure accurate order delivery. * Verify transportation documentation, waybills, and logistics records. * Support warehouse control and organization. * Prepare requested logistics reports and tracking controls from management. * Support optimization of logistics processes and incident management. **Competencies** * Organization and planning * Attention to detail * Effective communication * Teamwork * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills **Benefits** * Formal employment with full statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Career development path. * Job stability.
