




Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage stock, coordinate purchases, maintain the warehouse, and support equipment control, ensuring smooth operational flow within the department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages stock, inventory, and basic warehouse maintenance. 2. Coordinates and tracks purchases and suppliers. 3. Supports the maintenance and control of vehicles and equipment. Service: Logistics Assistant Work Schedule: Full-time * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or similar roles. * Basic-to-intermediate Office software skills. * Advanced Excel skills. * Valid driver's license. Immediate availability to start work. Responsibilities: * Stock and inventory control and updates. * Delivery and receipt of materials and supplies. * Coordination and tracking of purchases and suppliers. * Warehouse, office, and common area organization and basic maintenance. * Support for vehicle and equipment maintenance and control. * Requesting quotations and monthly purchases. * Performing basic office maintenance tasks. * Maintaining an updated inventory of tools and equipment used in services. * Other duties inherent to the logistics department.
