Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Logistics Assistant to manage procurement, inventories, supervise warehouses, and coordinate internal logistics within a gastronomic company. Continuous training to acquire new knowledge and skills A gastronomic company is looking for a Logistics Assistant — a dedicated professional eager to grow within the organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Procurement and supply management. * Inventory control and optimization. * Conducting periodic physical counts, internal audits, and shrinkage control. * Applying rotation methods (FIFO) to prevent losses due to expiration, deterioration, or theft. * Warehouse supervision and proper storage. * Coordination of internal logistics. * Document management and reporting. * Leadership of the logistics team. * Management of logistics emergencies. * Efficiently resolving issues such as delivery delays, shortages, or returns. * Maintaining smooth communication with suppliers, kitchen, administration, and management. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Complementary courses in warehouse management, procurement, distribution, supply chain, or BPA (desirable). * Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinator and/or logistics manager roles within the food, restaurant, or retail sectors.
