




Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Procurement Assistant for a chain of service stations, responsible for fuel management and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-End Logistics and Procurement Management We are a chain of service stations with an established presence in the labor market, currently seeking a Logistics and Procurement Assistant. Requirements: * Graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement and Logistics. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. * Intermediate proficiency in Power BI. * Availability to work in Surco. General Responsibilities: * Supporting service stations. * Scheduling fuel purchases. * Validating consumption reports and uploading them to the system. * Entering delivery notes and managing the stock ledger (kardex). * Generating dispatch notes and/or invoices. * Managing and updating prices in the system. * Generating monthly closing reports for station revenues and expenditures. * Handling reports, dashboards, statistical indicators, growth ratios, etc. * Monitoring procurement activities related to tenders handled by assigned stations. We Offer: * Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. * Full payroll benefits.
