




Position Summary: Provide operational and administrative support to the logistics department, ensuring proper procurement, control, and distribution of materials and supplies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Internal requirement management and coordination with user departments. 2. Inventory control and registration in the institutional system (SIPAM). 3. Procurement management, quotation requests, and supplier follow-up. 1\. Position Objective Provide operational and administrative support to the logistics department, ensuring appropriate procurement, control, and distribution of materials and supplies required for institutional operations, guaranteeing documentary traceability, inventory control, and compliance with internal procedures. 2\. Main Functions A. Internal Requirement Management * Receive and validate material requests from user departments. * Verify description, code, unit of measure, and requested quantity. * Coordinate with departments in case of inconsistencies or incomplete data. * Prioritize urgent orders based on operational needs. B. Inventory Control * Verify physical stock availability and system stock availability. * Record receipts and issuances in the institutional system (SIPAM). * Prepare and register Receipt Reports and Issue Reports. * Support physical counts, inventories, and reconciliation of physical stock vs. system stock. * Identify and report inconsistencies in codes or units of measure. C. Procurement Management * Request and compare quotations from suppliers. * Prepare purchase orders and service orders. * Follow up with suppliers to ensure delivery schedule compliance. * Verify that invoices include the corresponding delivery note. * Support material receipt by verifying quantities and conditions.
