Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to support material, equipment, and tool control, as well as delivery coordination and preparation of logistical control charts. Key Highlights: 1. Support in material and equipment control and tracking. 2. Coordination of deliveries with warehouse, procurement, and field personnel. 3. Preparation and maintenance of logistical control charts. Wc Ingeniería de la Climatización, a company engaged in refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation system maintenance and installation activities, is currently seeking: Logistics Assistant **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate (male/female), Technical or University degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Knowledge or experience with ERP CONTANET or other ERP systems (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering companies or similar. * Ability to work autonomously, in an organized manner, and under pressure. * Important Requirement: Must reside in the district of Santa Anita or nearby districts. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support material, equipment, and tool control and tracking. * Record and update material receipts, issues, consumption, and stock levels in the system and Excel formats. * Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and field personnel for timely material delivery. * Prepare and maintain logistical control charts (inventories, project-wise consumption, replenishments). * Other duties as assigned within the department. **Competencies to be assessed:** * Honesty. * Responsibility. * Positive attitude. * Teamwork. * Solidarity.
