Supervision of compliance with occupational safety and health standards **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure the proper functioning and operational readiness of all store equipment and facilities. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the timely execution of general preventive and corrective maintenance across the assigned unit. * Coordinate the execution of various external maintenance services—including cleaning, fumigation, air conditioning, elevators, freight lifts, painting, furniture, electrical equipment, cafeteria concessionaires, and others—and promptly inform management to support required decision-making. * Manage the unit's annual and monthly maintenance budget to comply with the annual maintenance schedule. * Supervise adherence to occupational safety and health procedures by all members of the department as well as contractors' workers. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed technical or university studies in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering * 1–2 years of experience as a maintenance assistant or in similar roles (including internships) * Basic English proficiency (desirable) * Knowledge of electronics, air conditioning systems, and industrial safety * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of electrical measurement tools (desirable) * Knowledge of general services (desirable) * Availability to work 100% on-site under a 5x2 work schedule. * Experience leading teams (desirable) **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
