RELES S.R.L., a market-leading company with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a **Purchasing Assistant** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduates in International Business. * Knowledge of import procedures. * Advanced English. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage domestic and international procurement processes, including communication with suppliers and issuance of purchase orders. * Coordinate and track import processes from internal requests or customer purchase orders through to final delivery. * Receive, inspect, record, and store domestic and imported supplies, ensuring proper inventory control. * Maintain up-to-date supplier database, price lists, and records of approved sales orders. * Coordinate with logistics agents, customs authorities, and transportation companies for effective import management. * Prepare reports and indicators related to procurement and import processes. * Prepare necessary information and documentation for accounting, invoicing, and corresponding declarations. **WE OFFER:** * Market-competitive salary + mobility allowance. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Excellent work environment and organizational culture. * Growth opportunities and career path. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Labor regime: SME.
