





We are Consorcio Logístico Sagitario, and we are currently seeking a **PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT** to join our team in Lurín. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct market feasibility studies, determine reference values, and prepare procurement files for service contracts or acquisition of goods. * Coordinate with requesting departments to draft technical specifications or terms of reference to meet their requirements. * Monitor procurements under your responsibility (purchase orders, guarantees, addenda, reductions, extensions, and penalties) until service acceptance or goods receipt by the user department. * Organize and maintain up-to-date records of all selection procedures assigned to you. * Draft and register contracts, purchase orders, or service orders. * Update, modify, and/or develop standard templates/types of bidding documents, as well as draft/review all selection process documentation assigned to you. * Forecast operational and project costs. * Coordinate, schedule, and validate travel allowances and air travel arrangements. * Manage suppliers: review invoices, issue service orders, record them, and conduct follow-up accordingly. * Identify and evaluate new suppliers. * Prepare accounts receivable statements and monthly accruals per service and supplier, specifying amounts and corresponding departments (monthly closing on the 25th of each month). * Monitor the accounts receivable ledger and submit weekly updates. * Complete the bank form for the macro corresponding to ordinary or extraordinary staff mobility costs (weekly). * Complete the bank form for the macro corresponding to air travel costs for the approved list of supervisors (monthly). * Perform any other duties assigned by higher management within your scope of competence. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Relations. * Minimum three (3) years of certified experience in similar roles within industrial, mining, or related sectors. * Procurement knowledge specific to mining and cranes. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, statistics, and KPIs).\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, email). **AVAILABILITY:** * Availability to work at our Lurín office, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: PEN 1,500.00 – PEN 1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site
