We are currently seeking top talent for the position of **Purchasing Assistant**. **Requirements:** * Technical Professional and/or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Minimum 6 months of experience in procurement and/or similar functions. * Knowledge of and/or experience in import operations. * Proficiency in Starsoft ERP software. * Knowledge of import operations. **Responsibilities:** * Handle procurement requests. * Obtain product quotations and prepare comparative tables to support decision-making during the purchasing process. * Create and register purchase orders in the Starsoft system. * Generate savings in procurement management. * Maintain updated supplier and item databases in the Starsoft system. * Register purchase invoices, payment requests, and supplier payable invoices in the Starsoft system. * Coordinate supply shipments to mining units and transshipment points. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * Join a company recognized by GPTW. * Formal employment (100% statutory social benefits). * Training bonus after 6 months of employment.
