Our team consists of highly qualified professionals, and we use state-of-the-art machinery to meet our clients’ requirements promptly and efficiently. **Requirements:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics within metalworking, hardware stores, and/or related fields. · Residence in areas adjacent to SMP/Comas/Los Olivos/Carabayllo (Mandatory) · Completed technical studies or currently enrolled in final cycles of Logistics, Administration, or related disciplines. · Experience in industrial, manufacturing, production, electrical, and civil works. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for proper inventory control and reporting. · Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM. · Availability to work on Sundays and holidays (if required) · Availability to work overtime (if required) **Responsibilities:** · Request quotations, generate purchase orders, and track procurement activities. · Evaluate and lead supplier selection and negotiation processes. · Prepare comparative price tables, credit terms, freight costs, etc. · Update the Supplier Registry by service or product category. · Coordinate with the maintenance department for delivery/shipping of spare parts. · Monitor the warehouse department to verify material receipts, issues, and availability, ensuring timely supply. · Track fulfilled, returned, and pending requisitions, submitting weekly reports to Administration and Management. · Deliver invoices along with their corresponding supporting documents daily to the Accounting Department for registration. · Review invoices and supporting documents over weekends, ensuring all documentation is ready for submission during the first week of the following month. · Coordinate with transporters for customer-requested shipments. · Comply with company internal guidelines, standards, and procedures. **Skills:** · Assertive communication · Analytical ability · Organization and time management · Adaptability and flexibility · Teamwork · Responsibility and punctuality · Knowledge of safety regulations · Commitment to assigned tasks **We Offer:** · Biweekly remuneration. · Social benefits according to applicable labor regulations. · Formal employment contract, with a 3-month probationary period. · SCTR and Life Insurance as mandated by law. · Market-competitive salary. · A dynamic and collaborative work environment. **If you are enthusiastic and wish to launch your professional career with us, we invite you to apply!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: Regular travel required
