Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant to manage pharmaceutical product orders, identify suppliers, and optimize profitability, with a focus on negotiation and analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages purchase orders and tracks pharmaceutical products. 2. Identifies alternative products and new suppliers for the company. 3. We invite you to join our team in the position of: **PURCHASING ASSISTANT** RESPONSIBILITIES: · Generate purchase orders and track pharmaceutical product orders. · Continuously search for alternative products and new suppliers. · Manage quotations to ensure the best market conditions. · Monitor purchase orders, sales orders, and deliveries. · Prepare supplier-based product analysis reports to improve profitability. · Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS · Student/graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related fields. · Experience in procurement within logistics (desirable). · Minimum 6 months of procurement experience in pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies, importers, or drugstores. · Strong negotiation, analytical, and pressure-management skills. · Knowledge of pharmaceutical products. · Proficiency in Excel and Word (intermediate level) for inventory management and report generation. **COMPETENCIES:** · Proactivity and results orientation. · High organizational, planning, and analytical capacity. · Teamwork, strong communication, and negotiation skills.
