Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant for CICIBET with experience in technical support, server administration, VPN configuration, ERP management, and user assistance. Key Highlights: 1. With 28 years in the market, we are currently seeking a **Systems Assistant** with the following qualifications: ***Responsibilities:*** *\- Provide support for user administration on Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2012 R2\.* *\- Configure VPN for remote access.* *\- Perform virtual and local data backups.* *\- Manage SPIRAL ERP implementation in designated departments, including user training and ongoing quality assurance.* *\- Provide remote and on-site user assistance.* *\- Perform data cleansing in PL/SQL engine and execute queries for data extraction.* *\- Conduct preventive maintenance on computer equipment and manage procurement requests as needed.* **Requirements:** *\- Male or female, aged 25 or older.* *\- Valid and up-to-date documents (CVs, utility bills, police and criminal background checks, valid DNI, etc.).* *\- Technical or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field.* *\- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.* *\- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Windows Server, and network management.* *\- Familiarity with Crystal Reports is desirable.* *\- Skills: communication at all levels, problem-solving, time management, and organization.* We look forward to meeting you! ***P.S.: Please do not apply if you do not meet the above requirements.*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * We offer S/ 1500 soles — are you available for an interview immediately? * Have you ever worked with PL/SQL?
