




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Director Administrative Assistant for a company specializing in medical and dental equipment, with knowledge in pharmacy and biochemistry, Good Storage Practices (GSP), and regulatory affairs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative and technical support role in the healthcare sector. 2. Regulatory documentation management and system updates. 3. Coordination of certificates and analysis protocols. A prestigious company engaged in the sale of medical and dental equipment is seeking a Technical Director Administrative Assistant who meets the following profile: Requirements: * Higher education degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry; licensed and registered with the professional association. * Knowledge of Good Storage Practices (GSP) and regulatory affairs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office. * Basic level of English language proficiency. Responsibilities: * Verification of data declared in the Reception Act within the Fénix.net System. * Activation and routing of Reception Acts. * Updating of Health Registrations in SAP BUSINESS ONE. * Coordination with local procurement for collection of Certificates/Analysis Protocols, to be entered into the new SHARE POINT system for use by the Billing staff. * Processing applications for health registration or DS Certificate issuance. * Updating the status of health registration applications and other regulatory matters.
