




Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Operations and Development Assistant to manage operational processes, suppliers, and purchase orders, while continuously proposing improvements. Learn more about the Procurement Operations and Development Assistant position. * Operational system management (Oracle and Speed) * Create and maintain suppliers in the system, managing the end-to-end process for this module. * Generate, modify, and cancel Purchase Orders (POs) according to business requirements. * Create and update material and/or service codes, ensuring correct classification and traceability. * Validate entered information to prevent rework and audit findings. * Monitor Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) within the supplier database, ensuring their validity and timely updates. * Meet established response time targets (internal SLAs). * Propose improvements to operational processes to optimize timelines and reduce errors.
