Opportunity for growth in a dynamic environment. **Warehouse and Consumables Assistant** At **Talsory**, we are looking for a **Warehouse and Consumables Assistant** who wants to grow within the logistics field and contribute to the efficiency of our operations. **Job Objective** Provide support in warehouse management, ensuring accurate registration, control, and distribution of materials and supplies, thereby contributing to an orderly, efficient, and traceable operation. **Main Responsibilities** * Record warehouse receipts and issuances in Excel or assigned system. * Monitor receiving and dispatch processes for products. * Track inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Label, pack, and verify products prior to dispatch. * Prepare weekly inventory and movement reports. * Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, production, and accounting). * Manage documentation (scanning and cloud upload). * Support warehouse organization and continuous improvement. **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** * Comply with safety regulations. * Report incidents and substandard conditions. * Participate in safety training and inspections. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and office tools. * Basic knowledge of processes and continuous improvement. **We are looking for individuals who are:** * Organized and responsible * Proactive and detail-oriented * Capable of teamwork **Apply and join the Talsory team** If you wish to grow in the logistics field and contribute to a dynamic environment, we want to meet you!
