Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage supplier registration, purchase orders, delivery notes, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of purchase orders and delivery notes 2. Participation in inventory counts to reconcile stock 3. Organization and custody of documented and digital information We are a company specialized in providing services to the mining sector, and we are currently looking for a **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within medium- to large-sized companies. * SAP knowledge is desirable. * Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday in the Villa El Salvador district. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify the supplier entry registration platform at the warehouse. * Enter purchase orders (PO) into the logistics system and record their removal from the system, cross-checking information between the PO and the delivery note. * Verify that suppliers submit the documents required by the purchase order or service agreement. * Verify that carriers possess the necessary documentation at the start of operations for material transportation. * Generate electronic delivery notes in the logistics system and SUNAT, as well as prepare transport documents for materials in compliance with applicable regulations. * Generate electronic delivery notes for transfers of regulated goods and supplies. * Participate periodically in transit material inventories to reconcile physical and system stock. * Preserve, organize, and safeguard both documented and digital information. ***“At ADGEMINCO, we are committed to equal opportunity and non-discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, marital status, maternity, or any other personal condition.”*** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * 1\.
