Support in improving procedures and systematizing the warehouse Warehouse Assistant Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, dispatch, and preferably, knowledge of forklift operation. Responsibilities and Duties Receive and unload materials, verifying quantity, batch, and physical condition. Review material identification documents (invoices, delivery notes, certificates, purchase orders) during raw material receipt. Report any discrepancies found to the Warehouse Manager. Assist in recording material inflows and outflows in the warehouse module of the SIG system. Store, handle, and properly rotate raw materials and other materials. Apply the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system for inventory rotation. Maintain daily order and cleanliness in warehouses. Safeguard and regularly verify inventories. Assist in conducting cyclic and annual inventories of raw materials and other materials. Assist in and carry out dispatches of raw materials and other materials according to manufacturing orders, verifying required quantities and batches for production. Prepare and dispatch controlled solvents in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations. Assist in controlling and archiving Quality Management System records related to their area. Comply with requirements stipulated in the Quality Management System documents for which they are a user. Support improvements in warehouse procedures, organization, and systematization. Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager within their scope of competence.
