Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage orders, control inventory, and coordinate merchandise movements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage orders and purchase orders, coordinating with key departments. 2. Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions. 3. Track incoming goods, outgoing goods, and merchandise movements. We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support order management, inventory control and analysis, tracking of merchandise movements, and preparation of warehouse management reports. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Manage orders and purchase orders via customer B2B platforms. \- Record, update, and track purchase orders, orders, and shipments. \- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Transportation departments regarding order fulfillment and follow-up. \- Prepare inventory, shipment, discrepancy, and pending order reports. \- Execute and monitor periodic and full-cycle inventory counts. \- Analyze discrepancies between physical inventory and system-recorded inventory, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions. \- Track incoming goods, outgoing goods, transfers, and internal merchandise movements. \- Identify items with critical stock levels, overstock, stockouts, and inventory discrepancies. \- Develop and monitor warehouse management performance indicators (KPIs). \- Support internal and external audits related to inventory and warehouse processes. \- Maintain warehouse documentation in an organized and up-to-date manner. \- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS \- Technical diploma, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory control. \- Experience in warehouse processes: receiving, storage, shipping, transfers, and inventory counting. \- Knowledge and practical use of Kardex and warehouse movement records. \- Experience in inventory control and analysis. \- Advanced Excel proficiency, including: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, logical functions, advanced filters, and database management. \- Experience using B2B platforms for receiving and managing purchase orders. \- ERP system experience. \- Availability to work in Chorrillos.
