**A company in the melamine industry** is seeking to hire a **Supervising Architect for Installations**, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the proper execution of our projects.
Responsible for **supervising the installation team, verifying work quality, and ensuring each installation is carried out according to drawings, renderings, measurements, and project specifications.**
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the installation team on a daily basis.
* Review drawings, renderings, measurements, and specifications for each project in advance.
* Verify that received furniture and components match the project requirements before commencing installation.
* Coordinate with production and warehouse departments regarding delivery of materials and accessories required for each installation.
* Supervise correct assembly and installation of melamine furniture.
* Verify measurements, levels, alignments, joints, finishes, accessories, and furniture functionality.
* Coordinate with design and production departments regarding any modifications or issues identified on-site.
* Supervise the protection of client premises during installation.
* Conduct final project review and prepare observation or pending-item reports.
* Coordinate resolution of observations until client approval is achieved.
* Maintain photographic records of installation progress and final results.
* Promptly report delays, errors, damages, material shortages, or any other incidents.
* Control proper use and return of tools, accessories, and materials used in each installation.
* Maintain constant communication with administration, production, design, and the installation team.
Requirements:
* Graduate or licensed professional in Architecture or Interior Design.
* Experience in **melamine furniture, carpentry, or custom-built furniture**.
* Ability and temperament to lead and supervise work teams.
* Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
* Attention to detail and quality orientation.
* Ability to resolve on-site problems and make decisions.
* Availability to conduct site visits and supervision across various locations in Lima.
* Availability to work paid overtime.
**Work Location:** San Martín de Porres – Lima
Formal employment under SME payroll.
Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month
