Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team, responsible for managing accounting records, provisions, and verifying bank transactions. We are currently seeking an: Accounting Assistant. We seek talented individuals eager to join our company and become part of our Accounting and Administration team. If you are analytical, organized, enjoy working with numbers, and pay close attention to detail — we are looking for you! **Responsibilities:** \- Record invoices from designated departments, validating them via the SUNAT portal and posting corresponding accounting entries. \- Enter expense provisions based on applicable invoices. \- Apply invoices against credit notes. \- Record provisions for public utility services. \- Enter commission vouchers. \- Verify bank transactions to enter store sales into the system. \- Apply credit notes for returns. \- Reconcile current account reports. \- Apply advance payments. **Requirements:** \* Graduate of a technical or university program in Accounting. \* Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar duties. \* Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. **Competencies:** \* Analytical \* Organized \* Attention to detail. **Benefits and Employment Conditions:** \* Salary subject to evaluation. \* Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. \* 80% EPS coverage by the company (optional). \* Employee discounts on company products.
