Job Summary: Do you want to learn a specialized trade in the metalworking sector? At **A\&B Works Metal**, we are looking for a Production Assistant highly motivated to work and learn. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the CNC Press Brake operator, ensuring materials are prepared and finished parts are properly organized for the welding area. Main Responsibilities: * Assist the operator in loading and unloading metal sheets onto the machine. * Clean and deburr (file) laser-cut parts prior to bending. * Organize finished parts on pallets according to work orders. * Maintain a clean workspace and keep tools orderly. * Provide general workshop support as required. Requirements: * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Skills:** Basic knowledge of measurement units (use of tape measure/flexometer). * **Attitude:** Proactive, punctual individual with strong willingness to learn a technical trade. * **Physical ability:** Capability to handle metal parts (using required safety equipment). * Reside in Mariano Melgar or nearby areas in Arequipa.
