You will be responsible for real-time control and monitoring of our fleet, ensuring route compliance, fleet safety, and preventive and corrective maintenance management. WORKING HOURS: 8 \- 6 PM MON \- SAT Minimum Requirements: Education: Technician or graduate in Administration, Logistics, Automotive Mechanics, or related fields. Experience: Not required in this field—only strong willingness and eagerness to learn! Digital Tools: Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Word (essential for reporting and scheduling). Skills: High capacity to work under pressure during specific periods, proactivity, and strong organizational skills. Main Responsibilities—you will learn to perform: 1\. Fleet Monitoring and Control (Real-Time): Continuously track, via GPS, the location of scheduled units. Monitor driver speeds, stops, and rest periods during transit. Notify clients (via email) regarding location, license plate, and assigned driver (provincial routes). 2\. Maintenance and Documentation Management: Prepare the Daily Maintenance Schedule (Preventive and Corrective) in Excel. Update mileage in the Planner and coordinate alerts with the Logistics department. Generate system Web failure reports, create work orders, and track their progress. GLASSVISTA. Monitor technical inspection expiration schedule, proactively alerting drivers in advance. Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
