Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for building maintenance, responsible for repairing water pumps, electrical panels, and generator sets, with expertise in electrical and automation systems. Predictive maintenance and programming of complex systems SERGIN SAC is a company dedicated to building maintenance services, including repair of water pumps, submersible pumps, electrical panels and listings, generator sets, and more. Requirements: * Knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems * Knowledge of parameterization of frequency converters across various brands (mandatory) * Knowledge of PLC programming (mandatory) * Knowledge of automation using wired logic * Understanding of system operations such as: constant pressure, fire protection, submersible pumps, electrical panels, and grounding wells * Technical knowledge of electric motors and starting methods * Proficiency in using measuring instruments (ammeter, earth resistance tester, and megohmmeter) * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience Responsibilities: * Execution of electrical wiring diagrams for lighting systems, distribution panels, and main panels * Predictive maintenance of controller panels for systems such as: constant pressure, fire protection, distribution, and main panels * Rewiring of control and power circuits, correctly sizing cable gauge and type * Programming of frequency converters and PLCs as required * Identification and removal of faulty components from electrical panels * Preparation of technical reports documenting performed services * Other duties as assigned Working Hours: Monday \- Friday: 07:30 AM to 05:00 PM Saturday: 07:30 AM to 12:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
