We recruit, train, and develop professionals, providing advisory and operational support to ensure high standards of performance, communication, and quality. **Job description** This role is responsible for supporting the preparation of accurate construction estimates, reviewing technical information, interpreting plans, and assisting with budget development for U.S.\-based construction projects, mainly focused on the roofing trade. The ideal candidate will be detail\-oriented, proactive, organized, and eager to develop professionally in construction estimating while working with internal teams and different project stakeholders. **Responsibilities** * Support the preparation of construction budgets and cost estimates for residential, commercial, and, when required, government projects. * Analyze costs, prices, quantities, and expected profitability for each economic proposal. * Assist in preparing estimates for construction items, mainly focused on roofing and related trades * Review and interpret construction plans from different specialties when needed. * Identify inconsistencies in drawings, specifications, or project documentation that may impact project costs. * Verify the full project scope before preparing or submitting an estimate. * Review technical specifications according to applicable project requirements and regulations. * Verify that the prices considered are technically aligned with market standards. * Support the creation and update of the company’s cost database. * Work with standardized estimating methods and adapt to different estimating tools or cost systems. * Submit estimates for internal review and approval. * Perform other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a construction\-related field. * At least 6 months of field experience or construction\-related experience. * Basic knowledge of construction costs, budgets, and estimating processes. * Ability to read and interpret construction plans. * Advanced English, both spoken and written. * Knowledge of project management fundamentals and general construction procedures. * Basic knowledge of “Last Planner System” is a plus. **Technical Skills:** * Cost estimation and budgeting. * Quantity analysis and construction item estimation. * Plan reading and interpretation. * Technical documentation review. * Construction procedures and project scope analysis. * Project management fundamentals. * Ability to adapt to different estimating software, cost systems, and digital construction platforms. **Soft Skills:** * Strong analytical thinking. * Attention to detail. * Planning and organization skills. **Proactivity:** * Sense of urgency. * Assertive communication. * Teamwork. * Adaptability. * Commitment. * Ability to manage stakeholders effectively. **TOOLS AND SOFTWARES:** **Required:** * Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * PlanSwift. * Bluebeam. * AutoCAD. * Revit. * CRM platforms. **Preferred:** * MS Project. * JobNimbus. * Pipedrive. * Plan Reader. * AI productivity tools. **Nice to Have:** Experience with U.S. construction platforms and project management tools. **Location:** On\-site \- Santiago de Surco, Lima \- Perú * **To continue your applicantion, please complete the following link: https://ats\-vue.vercel.app/jobs/estimator\-jr\-34cc8f15\-34cc8f15\-34cc8f15/apply** Pregunta(s) de postulación: * 1\.
