Job Summary: We are seeking Field Sales Representatives to distribute fast-moving consumer goods, visit customers, prospect new clients, and manage collections, with continuous training. A distribution company with over 10 years in the market, located three blocks from the SJL mall, specializing in distributing fast-moving consumer goods, is currently seeking **Field Sales Representatives**. **Responsibilities:** * Visit customers daily according to assigned route. * Prospect and acquire new customers to expand the company’s customer portfolio and market coverage. * Promote and market the product portfolio, communicating prices, promotions, and ongoing campaigns. * Accurately take and record customer orders in the authorized system or application. * Achieve sales, coverage, effectiveness, and other performance indicators set by the company. * **Manage credit sales collections, adhering to company-established policies.** * Report business opportunities, competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to the immediate supervisor. * **Participate in meetings, trainings, and commercial activities organized by the company.** **Benefits:** * Salary \+ commissions \+ transportation allowance: S/2000 * Contests * Formal payroll under the General Regime, effective one month after evaluation. * Ongoing training. * Timely payments * Educational partnership agreements * Bi-weekly payments * Organizational growth and development.
