Focus on empathy and effective communication **JOB POSTING \| GENERAL DENTIST** **Location: Comas – Quicentro Dental** At **Quicentro Dental**, we are looking for a **General Dentist** with clinical experience, solid professional training, and a commitment to delivering comprehensive and high-quality care to our patients. JOB PROFILE We seek a responsible, committed professional with excellent communication skills, capable of performing comprehensive dental diagnosis and treatment while delivering close, professional care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform comprehensive diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of oral and dental diseases. * Perform restorations, extractions, root canals, full and partial dentures, bridges, and emergency dental care. * Perform preventive and aesthetic treatments, such as sealants, teeth whitening, and veneers. * Administer local anesthesia and prescribe dental medications as appropriate. * Identify cases requiring specialized care and make appropriate referrals. * Provide patients with guidance on oral hygiene, prevention, and maintenance of oral health. * Deliver care grounded in empathy, effective communication, and service quality. * Conduct appropriate follow-up of treatments and patient progress. REQUIREMENTS * Professional degree in Dentistry. * Valid professional license and active registration with the Dental Association. * Minimum of **4 years of clinical practice experience**. * Experience in comprehensive dental care and management of various clinical procedures. * Ability to treat patients with empathy and professionalism. * Excellent communication skills and service orientation. * Responsibility, commitment, and results-driven mindset. WORKING CONDITIONS * **Payment method:** 30% commission. * **Approximate monthly income:** S/ 3,000 to S/ 5,000, depending on production. * **Base backup salary:** S/ 1,200\. * **Schedule:** Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * **Location:** Comas – Quicentro Dental.
