Job Summary: We are seeking general services staff with knowledge in construction, electricity, and plumbing for a healthcare clinic. Key Highlights: 1. Multifunctional role in general maintenance 2. Operation of electrical equipment and water systems 3. Experience in carpentry and painting We are a healthcare clinic currently looking for personnel to handle general services tasks within our institution, with basic general knowledge in construction (masonry), drywall, electricity, and plumbing. Work to be performed in the district of Lince. (Preferably residing in nearby areas) Requirements and experience in: Plumbing: Operation of water pumps, repair and replacement of faucets, supply pipes, etc. Electricity: Operation of generators, electrical panels, and air conditioning units. Others: Carpentry and painting work. \* Full-time work from Monday to Saturday. \* Formal employment registration. \* Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacations) \* Statutory life insurance.
